March 16, 1985: Associated Press Reporter Captured by Hezbollah, Held for Seven Years

[New York Times, 11/19/1987] Anderson will be held hostage for seven years, longer than any other American captive. His name will become synonymous with the Iran/Lebanese hostage crisis.
