April 2011: FIFA Reminds Swiss Club Not To Sign Players in Next Transfer Window

FIFA reminds the Swiss club FC Sion that it will be under a transfer ban in the summer 2011 transfer window, according to a later interview with FIFA’s director of legal affairs Marco Villiger.
