June 6, 1999: Kremlin False Flag Terror Plot Rumors Surface in Swedish Newspaper

The Swedish newspaper Svenska Dagbladet publishes a report by its Moscow correspondent Jan Blomgren claiming that a group of powerful Kremlin figures have drafted a plan to orchestrate bombings in Moscow that would then be blamed on Chechens.
