June 11, 1996: Tax Protester Charged, Convicted of Trying to Bomb IRS Building in Nevada

Tax protester Joseph Martin Bailie is arrested for trying to blow up the Internal Revenue Service building in Reno, Nevada with a fertilizer bomb (see 7:00 a.m. - 9:02 a.m. April 19, 1995).
