September 2007: CIA Officer Later Accused of Date Rape Appointed Chief of Station in Algeria

Andrew Warren, a CIA officer who has previously served in Afghanistan (see After September 11, 2001) and Egypt (see After September 2003), is assigned to the US embassy in Algeria.
