September 15, 2003: Time Reporter Publishes Article Sourced from Rove Conversation Outing Plame Wilson

2003-09-15

Time reporter Matthew Cooper publishes a brief article on the Bush administration’s attempts to reform the US welfare program. The article is in part sourced to information obtained by Cooper from White House political strategist Karl Rove, in the same conversation where Rove outed CIA official Valerie Plame Wilson (see 11:00 a.m. July 11, 2003).
