September 24, 2003: Iraq Administrator Calls Insurgency ‘A Growing and Sophisticated Threat,’ Says US Needs Twice as Many Troops Deployed

The US administrator for Iraq, L. Paul Bremer, speaks with President Bush during a dinner party.
