February 5, 2004: CIA Director Tenet Says Trailers ‘Could be Made to Work’ as Biological Weapons Labs

CIA Director George Tenet says in a speech that while there is “no consensus” among intelligence officials that the two trailers found in Iraq (see April 19, 2003; May 9, 2003) were mobile biological weapons factories, the trailers “could be made to work” as weapons labs.
