July 15, 2003: Western Diplomat Says IAEA Believes Britain’s Iraq Uranium Claim Based on Forged Nigeran Documents

An unnamed Western diplomat close to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) tells the Daily Mail that the agency believes that Britain’s Africa-uranium claim is based on the same alleged transaction referred to in the forged Niger documents (see March 2000). “I understand that it concerned the same group of documents and the same transaction,” the source says.
